Author’s description: “Ted on Three is the story of six year old Svante who falls in love with Ted in the lifts of their apartment building. It’s a story about understanding the different kinds of love and the bravery that comes with it.
I chose to make a children’s book because I’ve had ideas for the character Svante that I want to see realized – his exploration and understanding of different emotions that might be difficult to talk about. I’ve worked at a preschool before coming to TAW, and it inspired me a lot to tell stories about subjects that aren’t very common in children’s literature.”
